About Atty. Lourdes Maita Cascolan-Andres

 

A TRUE CORDILLERAN

Born on December 16, 1968, Atty. Lourdes Maita Cascolan Andres is a true Cordilleran, a product of our local schools of Maryknoll Convent School at Campo Sioco and UP College Baguio High School at Gov. Pack Road.

A graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1988 and is an alumna of Saint Louis University School of Law.

She was a working student who started as a junior secretary at the Domogan Law Office of Atty. Mauricio G. Domogan who served as Mayor and Congressman of Baguio City for 30 years.  In this law office, she eventually became a partner.

In 2014, she embarked on her own law office where she was joined by her daughter at the CASCOLAN ANDRES LAW.

​

As a legal practitioner, she brings with her at least 29 years of extensive experience in litigation, criminal and civil law, administrative law, collective or legal bargaining and negotiation, labor law, corporate law, contract review, corporate restructuring and closure, collections, and assets acquisition.

 

She is a Member of the Singapore Internation Arbitration, Singapore.

She is a capable lawyer, independent and reliable. She sees her cases through to their fruitful termination.  She takes her opponents to task and is grudgingly feared by those who take their work lightly.  She thoroughly presents her arguments in court and does not hesitate to stand by what is right.
